According to the company leader, Haitian Electromechanical has accumulated 27 years of experience and built a product matrix covering five major fields: residential, public construction, municipal, road and bridge, and new energy. They have participated in the formulation of more than ten national prefabricated building standards and hold 107 patents (including 23 invention patents), ranking among the top three in the domestic market share. Their products are exported to more than 120 countries, and their annual R&D investment is not less than 10% of revenue to promote technological innovation.
The enterprise has developed the first domestically developed intensive PC intelligent production line (with a 30% increase in production capacity) and the "one machine dual-mode" New Jersey guardrail automation production line; With three major technological breakthroughs, the efficiency of large-scale group formwork equipment has increased by 40%, and the surface of the components has reached the level of no plastering. In the field of special equipment, the customized three compartment pipe gallery mold for Shenfu Line 2 has completed 9500 meters of construction, setting a benchmark for the quality of the intelligent beam production line built by CCCC Second Navigation Bureau on the Ninggu Expressway.
Haitian Electromechanical Equipment is located in Xiong'an New Area, New Zealand, and has established strategic alliances with China Railway Construction and other companies. It has set up more than ten "PC+smart equipment super factories" and achieved technological output through EU CE certification and other certifications. In the field of new energy, its wind power hybrid tower pipe production line and lightweight wall panel equipment help reduce carbon emissions, earning the reputation of "Green Equipment Expert". Relying on research institutes jointly established with universities and institutes, enterprises are building an "industry university research application" ecosystem, and the concrete intelligent scheduling system launched in 2025 will refresh industry standards.
