First Show! New Chinese solution added to North African cementing technology
Recently, the YFZ graded cement injector independently developed by Texas Continental Shelf Petroleum Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully applied for the first time in the North African market. This is the first time that a continental shelf cementing tool has been used in North Africa, marking a new breakthrough in the international market territory of the continental shelf company.
North Africa has abundant crude oil reserves and huge market potential. This construction well is a key development well with complex and variable geological conditions. It passes through 11 formations, and the cementing construction faces a great risk of leakage. In response to complex well conditions, Continental Shelf Company has developed a detailed graded cementing construction plan based on the principle of "one well, one strategy", optimized the depth of the graded cement injector, and proposed suggestions for optimizing the performance of the cement slurry. During the cementing process, drilling and closing operations were successfully carried out, and the first and second stage cementing construction had a 100% impact rate without any leakage, which has won unanimous recognition from both the owner and the construction party.
The successful debut of the North African graded cementing machine has verified the adaptability of the Continental Shelf Company's high-end cementing tools in complex formations, providing an efficient and economical cementing technology solution for international energy development. In the future, Continental Shelf will take this successful application as an opportunity to deepen technical cooperation with North Africa and surrounding countries and inject new momentum into the energy construction of the "the Belt and Road".
