Recently, Huang Dedong, Deputy Director of the Special Committee of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, and his delegation visited the enterprise to conduct on-site visits and exchanges, in order to find solutions and empower the high-quality development of the industry.
As a designated national manufacturer of lifting machinery, Qilide Heavy Industry has strong strength: it not only occupies an important position in the China Heavy Machinery Association and has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification, but also holds an A-level special equipment manufacturing, installation, renovation and maintenance license and has independent intellectual property rights. Its products cover more than 800 specifications in 13 major series, ranging from bridge cranes under 320t to gantry cranes under 600t, widely used in lifting transportation, ports, mines and other fields. The company has established a professional technical team and has deep cooperation with Beijing Crane Transport Machinery Research Institute, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, etc. It has also partnered with German and Finnish enterprises to develop European standard lifting machinery and achieve localization; More than 100 sets of advanced equipment are used to build an efficient production line, from sheet metal pretreatment to automatic welding, ensuring high product quality and delivery efficiency. The independently developed modular lightweight tire type lifting machine has been widely recognized in the market for its integrated design of "machine electric hydraulic" to solve operational problems.
During the exchange, the chairman of the company and Xi Guo introduced the development of the enterprise, technological innovation, and future plans. The two sides had in-depth discussions on project technology control, research and development platform construction, and the "15th Five Year Plan". Huang Dedong and his delegation provided a detailed introduction to the functions and activities of the association, and both parties reached a consensus on deepening cooperation and providing precise services. In response to the gap between Xintai and Changyuan in Henan Province, known as the "First Capital of China", both sides agree that only through continuous technological innovation can we achieve catch-up and promote the upgrading of the regional lifting industry.
