Work Regulations of Hydraulic Branch of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association (Trial)

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1: The name of this organization is: Hydraulic Branch of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

Article 2: This branch is a provincial, industry-specific, non-profit social organization composed of enterprises and institutions engaged in hydraulic product design, research and development, manufacturing, and operation in this province (or other provinces).

Article 3 The purpose of this branch is to abide by laws, regulations and national policies, adhere to the overall leadership of the CPC, practice the core socialist values, abide by the Membership Convention of the provincial association, perform the duties of providing services and reflecting the demands of member enterprises, collect the wishes and requirements of member enterprises, and report to the provincial association in a timely manner. To do a good job in industry coordination, service, and guidance, safeguard the common interests and legitimate rights and interests of all members, actively carry out exchange activities with domestic and foreign peers and social organizations, and strive to contribute to the development of the hydraulic industry in the province.

Article 4: This branch accepts the leadership and supervision of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association. The Provincial Association actively and timely provides work guidance and policy support to its branches, branch president units, vice president units, secretary-general units, and member units through its platform, creating a high-quality environment and giving priority support for their accelerated development and market expansion.

Article 5: The office of this branch shall be located in Qingdao City.

Chapter 2 Business Scope

Article 6: The business scope of this branch:

Our branch is primarily responsible for providing membership services, promoting policies, coordinating relationships, and leading and guiding the hydraulic industry in the province towards high-end and high-quality development. as follows:

1. Entrusted by the provincial association to organize and implement industry research, establish a "provincial hydraulic industry database", and propose industry development plans and policies to the government through the provincial association.

Proactively and promptly raise common issues in the hydraulic industry to the government in writing, reflecting the wishes of member companies.

3. Regularly conduct international and domestic market research, analyze market trends, and provide reference for government decision-making and corporate investment decisions.

4. Vigorously promote technological progress and industrial development in this industry, organize special forums, experience exchanges, on-site observations and other activities, and carry out relevant training.

Organize international and domestic exchanges among enterprises in this industry.

Innovate the form and content of membership services, strengthen the construction of the membership team, and promote the high-quality development of the industry.

Chapter 3 Members

Article 7 Enterprises and institutions applying to join this association shall meet the following conditions:

1. Support the Constitution of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association.

The products produced and distributed by the two companies belong to this industry.

3. Independent legal entities, research institutes, social organizations, and natural persons with a certain scale and good reputation that have been officially registered with the industry and commerce department.

Article 8: Membership Procedure:

1. Submit the application for membership.

2. After discussion and approval by the board of directors.

3. Report to the Member Development Department of the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association for filing.

Member plaques will be issued by the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association.

Article 9: Members enjoy the following rights:

The voting rights, the right to be elected, and the right to vote of this branch and the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association.

2. Participate in activities organized by the provincial association and our branch

3. The right to criticize, suggest and supervise the provincial association and our branch

4. Voluntary membership and free withdrawal

Article 10: Members shall fulfill the following obligations:

1. Implement the resolutions of the provincial association and this branch;

2. Complete the tasks assigned by the association;

3. Pay membership fees according to regulations;

Actively participate in activities organized by the provincial association and our branch;

Frequently provide suggestions on the work of the association.

Members who withdraw from the association should formally notify the branch and return the plaque. If a member fails to pay the membership fee on time or does not participate in the association's activities, it will be considered as automatic withdrawal.

Chapter 4: Selection and Recall of Branch Organizational Structure and Leaders

Article 11: This branch shall establish a general meeting of members, whose mission is to:

1. Develop and revise the Work Regulations

Election of Directors, President, Vice President, and Secretary General

3. Listen to the work report and financial situation report of the council

A resolution must be passed by 2/3 of the members present at the general meeting to be valid

Article 12: The General Meeting of Members shall be held every three years

Article 13: During the recess of the general meeting of members, the Secretary General under the leadership of the Council shall preside over the daily work. The responsibilities and powers of the Council shall be implemented in accordance with Article 19 of the Articles of Association of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

Article 14: Establishment of Leadership Personnel:

This branch has one president, one to three vice presidents, one secretary-general, and one deputy secretary-general (one of whom is a full-time member). The directors are elected based on a 10% proportion of the members.

Article 15 Meeting System

The general meeting of the branch members is held once a year, and the board of directors is held once a year.

According to the needs of the work, the office meeting of the president (secretary general) may also be held for deliberation.
