The ''Notice'' pointed out that in order to implement the deployment of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, consolidate and expand the learning and implementation of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, consolidate and deepen the achievements of party discipline learning and education, and persevere in implementing the spirit of the eight central regulations.
