On August 17th, the Provincial Social Organization Federation, Provincial Social Organization Development Service Center, Provincial Social Organization Federation Lecture Hall Special Committee, and Provincial Social Organization Integration Base jointly held the 26th Shandong Provincial Social Organization Lecture Hall and the first "Integration and Innovation Casting Strength" (standardized management of clubs) training. Ji Shengfeng, Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Organization Management Bureau, and other leaders visited the scene. More than 140 people, including presidents (resident vice presidents) and secretaries general (resident deputy secretaries general) from over 110 provincial, municipal, and county-level social organizations, attended the on-site study; The online viewership from civil affairs departments such as Zibo, Linyi, Liaocheng, Yantai, and Weihai exceeded 3000 people. Su Hongxing, Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, led the team to participate in the training.

  Deputy Director Ji Shengfeng shared the learning experience of the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Lecture Hall, and emphasized the importance of strengthening the leadership of party building, talent cultivation, internal governance, compliance construction, and role play of social organizations in accordance with the relevant spirit of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs on encouraging high-quality development of social organization services and the work requirements of the "Social Organization Standardization Construction Year".

Mr. Zhou Aizhong, President of Dalian Chuangfa Enterprise Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of Dalian Charity Federation, was invited to give a lecture in this lecture. Faced with the problems in the operation and management of community organizations and the common "ten difficulties" of community organizations, President Zhou Aizhong gave wonderful sharing on 12 aspects of how social organizations attract talents, build culture, build teams, establish systems, organize activities, manage branches, manage points, operate projects, and do a good job in party building.

At the meeting, Wang Anzhong, the President of the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Association, shared the "Review and Future Implementation Plan of the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Lecture Hall" since its establishment. He pointed out that the Association Lecture Hall has always adhered to the general principle of "running, speaking, listening, and benefiting oneself", and has turned the "Shandong Provincial Social Organization Lecture Hall" into a series of online and offline, branded, and public welfare classrooms. He released the "Shandong Province Social Organization Lecture Hall" co creation and sharing plan for a wide range of social organizations. The association will collaborate with social organizations at all levels in the province to jointly organize the Shandong Province Social Organization Lecture Hall (monthly, per city and county), resource docking meetings (weekly, per province, city and county), online interviews and live streaming rooms, and integrated media matrices (daily, per city and county). The association will work with social organizations across the province to create an "open, innovative, collaborative, and shared" ecosystem among social organizations.

The one-day course witnessed the collision and integration of many valuable experiences and advanced concepts. After the end of the lecture hall, the trainees walked and talked, expressing their intention to bring back what they learned today to their respective work, solidly implement and put it into practice, jointly promote the standardized and efficient operation of social organizations, and actively spread the good voice of social organizations in Shandong.
