On June 13th, Ma Guangjian, the rotating secretary-general of the Shandong Provincial Federation of Social Organizations, and his delegation visited the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and had discussions and exchanges with Secretary General Su Hongxing on promoting communication and cooperation among social organizations in our province, and jointly carrying out party building activities.
Su Hongxing first introduced the work carried out by the Provincial Equipment Association in accelerating industry technological innovation and strengthening industry exchanges. The organization and selection of the "One Award, Two Competitions" represented by the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Technology Innovation Award" have gradually expanded their influence in the industry and have become a benchmark for industry technological innovation. In order to expand the influence of Shandong's equipment manufacturing industry and help enterprises explore the market, the "2024 Jinan International Engineering Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Chain Expo" hosted by the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association will also open on June 26.
Ma Guangjian introduced the characteristic construction work system of the association, which includes "six assists, five offices, four trees, three connections, two investigations, and one undertaking", as well as party building leading services such as rural revitalization, party building integration, and party building standardization. Through publicity and exhibition empowerment, collaborative innovation empowerment, and learning and training empowerment, it helps to enhance the overall service capabilities of Shandong Provincial Industry Associations. Ma Guangjian expressed the hope that the Provincial Equipment Association will actively participate in the evaluation of social organization levels and the "Strong Service, Grassroots, and New Achievements" activities carried out by the association in the future, fully utilize the association's integrated media platform, and jointly create an "open, innovative, collaborative, and shared" social organization ecology.

Su Hongxing stated that the Provincial Equipment Association has always been committed to providing high-quality services to enterprises, hoping to utilize the resource advantages of the association, strengthen communication and coordination with the government, and strive for greater support from the government for industry and social organizations; Optimize and increase the level evaluation projects for social organizations, improve the talent cultivation system for social organization work, in order to enhance the service level of social organizations and support economic and social development. Both sides also had in-depth exchanges on jointly carrying out charity and public welfare activities, rural revitalization activities, and strengthening communication and cooperation between industry associations.
