Through three levels of information sharing, understanding consensus, and emotional resonance, he gradually clarified the core of leadership language art, which is "speaking the party's words out of public will, daring to speak the truth responsibly, improving efficiency by speaking short sentences, and reflecting the level of speaking well".
Su Hongxing pointed out after the meeting that it is necessary to convey the viewpoint that social organization leaders should handle their own affairs, speak their own words, listen to their own voices, and benefit from their own results in daily work and life, so that colleagues in different positions can take this opportunity to learn and improve their language expression ability. This is very beneficial for the overall improvement of party building work and association work.
