Implementing the work deployment of the association and improving the service level of the association
On the evening of March 2nd, the Secretariat of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association held a themed party day activity in the Party branch activity room, earnestly studying and implementing the spirit of Director Ji Shengfeng's keynote speech "What will social organizations do in 2022 and how to do it" at the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Lecture Hall, as well as the annual work deployment and requirements of the general meeting.
Secretary General Su Hongxing introduced that the comprehensive index ranking of Shandong Provincial Social Management Bureau's work in 2021 ranked first in the country, achieving significant breakthroughs. The Provincial Federation of Social Organizations has played a good role in "leading party building work, social organization home, cross-border cooperation platform, assistant to the competent department, and carrier of rights protection and self-discipline", and has achieved important results in "building a national model of similar organizations in Qilu".
Secretary General Su Hongxing conveyed that President Sheng Zhenwen has put forward new standards and requirements for the four major modules of "characteristic party building, solid foundation, scientific governance, and high-quality service" for the vast number of member units; Shared Director Ji Shengfeng's "Five Musts and Five Don'ts" and "3345" work methods:
Firstly, President Sheng Zhenwen proposed the direction of "Ten Modernizations" of social organizations
Authorisation of the president, specialization of the secretary-general, professionalization of the secretariat, standardization of training, wide membership, diversified funding, full collection of membership fees, fixed office space, intelligent office equipment, and media matrix.
Secondly, Director Ji Shengfeng proposed the "Five Musts and Five Don'ts" and "3345" work methods at the 2021 annual meeting of the Shandong Provincial Federation of Social Organizations
Firstly, we need to look at the sky, secondly, we need to look at the road, thirdly, we need to read books, fourthly, we need to look at things, and fifthly, we need to guard the door; Do not engage in illegal charging activities, do not randomly organize evaluation and commendation activities, do not participate in illegal social organization activities, do not blindly pursue interests, and do not expand arbitrarily. The first 3 of "3345" is "three stricts", including keeping up with the situation, keeping up with policies, and keeping up with the "baton"; The second 3 is "three uses", including careful planning, hard implementation, emotional service, serving members well and serving national strategies, and practicing social responsibility; 4 is the "four excesses": reporting more to higher-level departments, striving for favorable resources and policies; Provide more services and guidance to member units, reflect industry needs, and promote typical experiences; We should learn more from our sister units, conduct more research, and gather advanced experience for our own use; We should have more exchanges and visits with other provinces, strive to catch up with each other, strive for excellence, and strive to be at the forefront of every task in the country. 5 is the "Five Grasps and Five Leads": focus on promoting the integration of party building, meeting building, and business development; Grasp the leadership team, lead the team from top to bottom, and fully leverage the role of the council and executive council; Focus on leading the industry, improve internal governance, strengthen industry self-discipline, and provincial social organizations should set an example for city and county-level social organizations; Grasp brand with quality, committed to carrying out brand projects and activities, making our province's social organization brands shine like stars, shining in the sky.
Secretary General Su Hongxing emphasized in the end that all staff of the Secretariat should seriously study the spirit of Director Ji's speech, combine with the actual situation of the association, strengthen service awareness and work methods, and promote the high-quality development of the association and industry enterprises.
