On the afternoon of February 24th, the Party branch of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association of the Communist Party of China held its first organizational life meeting for the year 2022. Su Hongxing, the Secretary General and Secretary General of the Association's Party branch, presided over the meeting, and party members and some active party members in Jinan attended the meeting.
Comrade Su Hongxing led everyone to review the oath of joining the Communist Party of China, carefully studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's discourse on building a strong country in equipment manufacturing and the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and according to the deployment of the organizational life meeting held by the Party Committee of the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Federation of the Communist Party of China in our association on the 23rd, participating party members and active party members reviewed their work situation in 2021, identified their own problems from both subjective and objective aspects, and formulated practical and feasible rectification measures.
In accordance with the principles of solving problems, promoting unity, promoting work style construction, promoting work, and promoting common progress, the attendees actively carried out criticism and self-criticism, did not conceal problems, did not avoid contradictions, and freely expressed their opinions on the problems that currently exist, such as the need to improve business capabilities, enhance innovation awareness, improve work efficiency, and imperfect communication and cooperation mechanisms. From work style to lifestyle habits, they sorted out and analyzed the reasons for the problems one by one, regardless of the people involved.
Regarding the current problems in our work, Comrade Su Hongxing emphasized in his concluding speech that as the association's brand awareness increases, its social influence expands, and its services continue to expand, we must further strengthen our service awareness and improve our service level. Through training and learning, effectively enhance business capabilities; By improving work style and enhancing work efficiency; Further improve the communication and cooperation mechanism with enterprises through visits and research activities; Expand service channels and enhance innovation awareness through external exchange activities.
Comrade Su Hongxing finally pointed out that the organizational life meeting of the Party branch was very successful.
