The Party Committee of the General Association enters the colorful mode of branch member enterprises to carry out theme party day activities

The cold wind howls, but it cannot stop everyone's enthusiasm. On November 27th, the Party Committee of the Provincial Social Organization Association organized the secretaries of various Party branches in the eastern area to visit Shandong Feiyue Da Pharmaceutical Logistics Company, a member enterprise of the Provincial Pharmaceutical Retail Industry Association, to hold an expanded meeting of the Party Committee of the Association and a themed Party Day event in the eastern area. The Party Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and members, as well as the secretaries and representatives of 14 Party branches in the eastern area, participated in the event. The event was presided over by Meng Huanxi, Director of the Party Building Office in the East Area and Secretary of the Party Branch of the Provincial Inclusive Finance Research Institute. Firstly, everyone inspected the company's automatic sorting process and the online sales and shipping process of Shuyu Civilian. The staff demonstrated the process of handheld terminal scanning and real-time monitoring of the transportation of goods on site. The entire process was smooth, fast, and standardized, which made everyone feel novel. The company's corporate spirit of "willing to shed tears and never leave the order" touched every visitor. By continuously transforming and utilizing modern storage and automated sorting and conveying equipment, enterprises have greatly reduced error rates and greatly improved labor productivity. Through the visit, not only did everyone have a preliminary understanding of the pharmaceutical logistics distribution system, but they also gained a deeper understanding and insight into their spirit. They all expressed their intention to learn from these excellent corporate cultures and spirits, strengthen the self construction of social organizations, and better provide the "four services". After the visit, the Party Committee of the General Association held a party committee meeting on site to study the changes in branch elections, the selection of outstanding branches at the end of the year, the assistance to rural revitalization, the rectification of problems in the last democratic life meeting, and the completion of the party building plan allocation table at the beginning of the year. Specific arrangements were made for the next steps of related work. After the party committee, the above research opinions were conveyed to everyone. Fu Guangxing, the secretary of the branch of the Pharmaceutical Retail Industry Association, introduced the highlights of the association's party building work from three aspects: the association's continuous political education, the guidance of party building to provide good member services, and multiple measures to address the needs of regional members. Subsequently, Zhou Tianzeng gave a short party lecture titled "Ten Adherences, Revealing the Power Source of the Party's Always Invincible Position". Interpreting the historical experience of adhering to the leadership of the Party, the supremacy of the people, theoretical innovation, independence, the Chinese path, embracing the world, exploring and innovating, daring to struggle, united front, and self revolution, we aim to reveal the laws of history and deepen our understanding. He stressed that the Ten Insights implied the profound feelings of the CPC people who had taken the world as their own responsibility in the past 100 years. These historical experiences should be reflected in reality and the future should be viewed from a distance. I hope all branches can learn from these experiences and grasp the development trend; Strengthen political consciousness and scientifically plan for the long term; Guided by the 14th Five Year Plan, we will promote the high-quality development of social organizations. He mentioned that visiting member companies is an innovation in the colorful mode of theme party day activities. The party committee should summarize the experience of theme party day activities in the eastern area, report it to the comprehensive party committee, and promote it in various branches and member units in the western area.
