At the same time, she solidly promoted the study and education of Party history, put forward work requirements: to further enhance the political position, strengthen theoretical armed forces, adhere to deep learning and detailed understanding, integrate Party history study and education into daily work, closely combine it with strengthening the construction of organizational style, continue to carry out the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses", base on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, construct a new development pattern, concentrate efforts to fight key core technology battles, shoulder the responsibility of Shandong to achieve scientific and technological self-reliance, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in building a strong province through science and education.

Liu Chengqing gave a wonderful thematic coaching report on "China's Population, Resources and Environment" and sustainable development, climate change and carbon peaking, carbon neutrality, the role of technology in the dual carbon goals, and thoughts on the development of climate technology in Shandong Province ". The content is comprehensive, informative, easy to understand, and has strong guidance for students to deepen their understanding of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking. At the graduation ceremony, four student representatives also gave speeches one after another, focusing on their thoughts and insights from studying the hundred year history of the Communist Party of China. Combining the "three aspects", they shared their learning experiences and gains from the special reading class on Party history education.
