The Party Committee of the Provincial Social Organization Incubation Base held a meeting of the East Branch Secretaries

On the afternoon of October 29th, the expanded meeting of the Party Committee of the Provincial Social Organization Incubation Base (East Area) was held in the Tang Ye Academician Valley. 17 party branch secretaries and representatives from the eastern area attended the meeting. Ji Feifei, the organizing committee member of the Party Committee, presided over the meeting.

The meeting clarified that Meng Xingli, the Secretary of the Party Branch of Shandong Inclusive Finance Research Institute, will be the person in charge of the eastern area, and identified five functions. Secretary Meng Xingxi made a statement, stating that he will actively fulfill his duties, combine integrity with innovation, integrate party building with business, and promote the construction of social organizations' party.

Subsequently, the secretaries of each party branch reported on the various work since the establishment of the branch, especially the launch of the theme education of "staying true to the original aspiration and keeping in mind the mission". The Party branch of the Provincial Electric Vehicle Industry Association adopts various forms such as symposiums, visits, research, and poverty alleviation to implement monthly themed Party Day activities. The Party branch of the Provincial Cosmetics Industry Association shall establish personal files for Party members to record their participation in organizational life. The Party branch of the Provincial Environmental Science Soil Ecological Development Center went to Qinghai and Xinjiang to carry out cross provincial assistance actions. The Party branch of the Provincial Installation Association organized party members to visit and learn at Beijing Daxing International Airport. At present, all party branches have fully launched the theme education activity of "never forget the original intention, keep in mind the mission", with various forms of activities and rich content.

The meeting focused on studying relevant documents such as the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying out the Second Batch of Theme Education on 'Remembering the Original Aspiration and Keeping the Mission in Mind'" and General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the 15th collective study of the 19th Central Political Bureau.

Pay attention to the "Five Ones": Party branch secretaries should listen to a coaching report, give a special party class or personal learning experience, party members should participate in at least one volunteer activity, do at least one practical and good thing for the people around them, and hold a special organizational life meeting. Welcome two inspections: 1. Welcome the standardized party branch inspection. At the end of the year, the party committee conducts on-site inspections of party branches that have been established for one year, and assigns scores to the quality of materials submitted by each party branch (such as the "three lists"), the number of times they have participated in party committee activities, etc., which are included in the assessment indicators. After comprehensive consideration, the scores are determined as excellent, advanced, standard, and backward. 2. Welcome the six-month inspection. The Party Committee has conducted inspections on the first batch of 12 Party branches established, including the "Three Meetings", themed Party Day, Party building regulations, key work systems, and training of active Party applicants. Starting from November, the Party Committee conducted a six-month inspection of the 12 Party branches established in the second batch.

Serious organizational life in five aspects: 1. Serious "three meetings" and themed party days. Convene the 'three meetings' on time and implement a monthly themed party day, which can be alternated between the two. The theme party day should take various forms, such as holiday commemoration, volunteer service, evaluation and competition, visit and exchange, visit and research, typical demonstration, poverty alleviation and assistance, cultural and sports activities, etc. 2. Implement strict quantitative management of party member points. Implement and refine the quantitative management of party members, especially for resident party members, to keep quantitative records and summarize scores at the end of the year. 3. Participate in all organizational activities of the Party committee seriously. Each party branch shall participate in activities according to individuals, on time, and as required, and shall not take leave or substitute without reason. 4. Strictly report the quality of various materials and the use of two record books. The submitted materials must be filled in carefully according to the requirements, and should not be hastily or perfunctory. The Party organization activity record book and the Party member learning record book should be used in organizational life, and must be recorded and detailed wherever possible. 5. Serious secretaries fulfill their responsibilities. Party branch secretaries should raise their ideological level, fully fulfill their responsibilities as the first person in charge, and not be nominal secretaries, let alone afraid of trouble. The Party committee will establish an interview mechanism, focusing on interviewing secretaries who are lagging behind in branch work.
