More than 600 sensors are deployed on key equipment and processes in the production site to accurately collect real-time data of equipment and processes in the cement production process.
"The effect of industrial Internet on the intelligent transformation of traditional industries is very obvious, and its application depth has expanded from informatization of auxiliary production links to data analysis and optimization of core production links. At present, the application of industrial Internet in eight scenarios, including visual quality inspection, intelligent warehousing, quality traceability, intelligent production scheduling, and lean production, accounts for more than 50%, and the application proportion in modeling and analysis scenarios, such as process optimization, equipment fault diagnosis and prediction, has increased significantly, covering the whole industry from leading enterprises."
