Among them, the real economy represented by advanced manufacturing has performed outstandingly. May I ask, how will Shandong take the action of strengthening the province with advanced manufacturing industry as the driving force, rely on innovation to cultivate and strengthen new driving forces, and further strengthen and optimize the real economy in the next step?

Manufacturing is the mainstay of the real economy and the core of the modern industrial system. In recent years, the provincial party committee and government have insisted on making manufacturing the advantage and foundation of Shandong's economy. Especially last year, they held a high-level conference on the construction of an advanced manufacturing strong province, issued an action plan for building an advanced manufacturing strong province, and established a clear direction of vigorously promoting the manufacturing industry. This time, the provincial government work report specifically allocated a section to systematically deploy the advanced manufacturing industry to strengthen the province, once again demonstrating the high importance attached to the manufacturing industry. We will adhere to the requirements of the report and firmly grasp the five innovations, leading the five improvements. One is to vigorously promote technological innovation in enterprises and lead the improvement of endogenous momentum. Enterprises are the main body of innovation, and the key to innovation lies in enterprises. We will further strengthen the position of enterprises as the main body of innovation, deeply promote the integration of the talent chain, education chain, industry chain, and innovation chain, actively organize and implement enterprise technology innovation projects, continuously build a strong manufacturing innovation center system, promote the integration and innovation of large, medium, and small enterprises, accelerate breakthroughs in a number of key core technologies, connect key links such as research and development supply and achievement transformation, and effectively enhance the innovation and development capabilities of the manufacturing industry. The second is to vigorously promote supply structure innovation and lead the improvement of quality and brand. Manufacturing is the main supply side and an important area for promoting recovery and expanding consumption. We will focus more on the domestic demand market, deeply implement the "Three Products" special action of increasing variety, improving quality, and creating brands in the manufacturing industry, accelerate the development of service-oriented manufacturing such as large-scale personalized customization and product lifecycle management, further enhance the influence and reputation of "Made in Shandong", and strive to provide higher quality products and services to better create demand and lead consumption. The third is to vigorously promote innovation in manufacturing methods and lead the upgrading of industrial levels. The main direction for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is to upgrade towards high-end, develop towards intelligence, and transform towards green. In terms of high-end upgrading, we will carry out enterprise technological transformation and upgrading actions, roll out "ten thousand technological upgrades and ten thousand enterprise transformations", consolidate and enhance the leading position and competitive advantage of traditional industries, actively seize new industries, and new fields and tracks in future industries. In terms of intelligent development, we will implement the digital transformation action of the manufacturing industry, deepen the promotion of "empowering Shandong with industry", establish a strong cloud service platform system, actively cultivate intelligent manufacturing demonstration benchmarks, and drive more enterprises' digital development. In terms of green transformation, we will develop implementation plans for carbon peak in the industrial sector and key industries, actively build a green manufacturing system, and improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of industrial resources and the level of clean production. The fourth is to vigorously promote innovation in service mechanisms and lead the enhancement of enterprise vitality. Private enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises hold up the majority of the manufacturing industry's development. We will revise the "Regulations on the Promotion of Small and Medium sized Enterprises" with high standards, issue opinions to support the high-quality development of the private economy, adhere to the combination of assistance and development, and continue to stimulate the innovation and creativity of small and medium-sized enterprises in private enterprises. We will assist enterprises in overcoming difficulties, further strengthen the system of contacting and serving enterprises, optimize the supply of inclusive policies, actively help solve problems in technology, talent, financing, and other aspects, and strive to enable enterprises to enter the battlefield with light equipment. Grasp the cultivation of high-quality enterprises, support enterprises to focus on specialized fields, continuously improve their level of expertise and innovation, and cultivate more "singles champions" and "supporting experts" who master unique skills. The fifth is to vigorously promote industrial ecological innovation and lead the improvement of competitive advantages. The key to the competition in the future manufacturing industry is the competition in the industrial ecosystem.
