In recent years, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the whole province has deeply studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on the private economy, conscientiously implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, as well as the work requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, optimized the development environment of the private economy, boosted the confidence of private enterprises, and continuously promoted the sustained, healthy, and high-quality development of the private economy in our province; The vast number of private enterprises and individuals in the private economy have explored and forged ahead, adhered to their main business, and strengthened their industries. They have played an important role in stabilizing growth, promoting innovation, increasing employment, improving people's livelihoods, and have become an irreplaceable force in the development of the province. They have made significant contributions to the construction of a socialist modernized and strong province in the new era, and a large number of outstanding contribution enterprises, outstanding contribution collectives, and outstanding contribution individuals have emerged.
In order to commend advanced and exemplary enterprises, enhance the sense of achievement and honor of private enterprises and individuals, and create a strong atmosphere of encouragement, support, and guidance for the high-quality development of the private economy, with the approval of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology have decided to award 80 enterprises including Shandong Weiqiao Entrepreneurship Group Co., Ltd. with the title of "Outstanding Contribution Enterprise to the High quality Development of the Private Economy in Shandong Province", 50 collectives including the Second Supervision and Inspection Office of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and 99 individuals including Li Denghai with the title of "Outstanding Contribution Individual to the High quality Development of the Private Economy in Shandong Province". We hope that the enterprises, collectives, and individuals who are commended will cherish their honors, continue to strive, fully play the role of role models, and achieve new results and achievements in the new era and new journey.
Under the strong leadership of the provincial party committee and government, all levels and departments in the province should take the recognized advanced models as examples, take the implementation of the Private Economy Promotion Law as an opportunity, further improve and implement the "two unwavering" and "two healthy" institutional mechanisms and policy measures, strive to create a stable, fair, transparent, and predictable environment for the development of the private economy, resolutely eliminate various obstacles to the equal use of production factors and fair participation in market competition in accordance with the law, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises and entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, and firmly promote the continuous development and growth of the private economy in the province. The majority of private enterprises and private economic personnel in the province should shoulder the important task of the times, vigorously promote entrepreneurship, actively practice the core socialist values, have a heart to serve the country, work hard for development, abide by the law and be good at business, and become rich first to promote common prosperity, so as to inject strong development momentum and make new and greater contributions to writing the chapter of Chinese path to modernization in Shandong.
