Notice from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on Organizing and Conducting Precise Industry University Research Integration and New Technology and Product Promotion Activities for the High end Software and Artificial Intelligence Industry Chain in the Province

Each city's industrial and information technology bureau, relevant units:

In order to deepen the integration and innovation of high-end software and artificial intelligence industry chain, meet the needs of enterprises, promote innovative achievements and products, and in accordance with the requirements of the "Shandong Province Iconic Industry Chain Industry University Research Collaborative Innovation Action Plan" jointly issued by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, a province wide high-end software and artificial intelligence industry chain industry university research precise docking and new technology and new product promotion activity will be held on July 16, 2025 at the Shandong Science and Technology Market. The specific matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Time and location

Event Time: July 16th (Wednesday) 9:00-12:00

Event Location: Haiyou Roadshow Hall, Qilu Technology Finance Building (3rd Floor Roadshow Hall, T3 Tower, No. 9 Dadong Road, Lixia District, Jinan City)

2、 Main content

Invite industry experts to give keynote speeches on the development of high-end software and artificial intelligence industries; Sharing of collaborative innovation cases between industry, academia and research; Financial institutions promote financial policies that benefit industries and enterprises; High end software and artificial intelligence industry chain enterprises release technology and talent demands; Promote innovative technologies and products of enterprises, as well as innovative achievements of universities and institutions; On site visits and research, etc.

3、 Participants

High end software and artificial intelligence industry chain enterprises and universities within the province; Enterprises with technical, talent, design needs, and intentions to promote new technologies and products; Universities and colleges with intentions to promote innovative achievements; Industrial design innovation service institutions; Related financial service institutions; Related associations and media; Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Provincial Department of Education, and Industry and Information Technology Bureaus of various cities.

4、 Regarding requirements

（1） Please arrange for the responsible officials or department heads of each city's Industry and Information Technology Bureau to participate, and organize high-end software and artificial intelligence enterprises in the city (see attachment for quota allocation) to participate. Please send the registration summary table to your email before 5:00 pm on July 10th.

（2） Units participating in case sharing, requirement release, innovation achievements or product promotion roadshows (the list will be notified separately) are requested to prepare their PPTs in advance and send them to their email before 5:00 pm on July 10th. Units participating in the roadshow must arrive at the venue before 3:00 pm on July 15th to conduct equipment debugging.

（3） Except for the participants from Jinan City, the accommodation and meals of other city personnel will be arranged uniformly by the event, and the location will be at the Shuxiang Shijia Hotel in Jinan City (Building D, Sanqing Wealth Center, Tianchen Road, High tech Zone, Jinan City). Participants are requested to report to the hotel lobby from 14:00-20:00 on July 15th. Contact person of Shuxiang Shijia Hotel: Manager Zhang 18615182131.

（4） On July 15th at 4:00 pm, the hotel will take a group bus to the Science and Technology Market to visit the Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition. Please arrive at the hotel before 3:45 pm on the 15th. Participants from Jinan city can gather directly at the entrance of the Science and Technology Market before 16:10.
