Notice from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on Organizing and Conducting the Evaluation of the Operation of the "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D Center in Shandong Province in 2024
Each city's industrial and information technology bureau, relevant units:
According to the "Guidelines for the Cultivation and Certification of 'One Enterprise, One Technology' R&D Centers for Industrial Enterprises in Shandong Province" (Lugongxinji [2020] No. 37, hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"), the evaluation of the operation of 'One Enterprise, One Technology' R&D Centers in Shandong Province in 2024 is now organized and carried out. The specific matters are notified as follows:
1、 Operational evaluation object
According to the "Work Guidelines", it is required to organize a provincial-level "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D center operation evaluation every three years. The target of this evaluation is the provincial-level "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D center recognized in 2021 (see Annex 1 for the list).
2、 Work Procedure
（1） The R&D center participating in the operational evaluation shall carefully prepare self-evaluation materials in accordance with the requirements of the "Work Guidelines", mainly including a summary of the R&D center's work, evaluation forms, and necessary supporting materials, and shall be responsible for the authenticity of the self-evaluation materials. The naming format for evaluation materials is "Enterprise Name+2024 Operation Evaluation" (PDF version).
（2） The industrial and information technology bureaus of each city shall summarize and review the evaluation materials submitted by each research and development center, and shall mail the recommended documents and summary table (Excel version) to the Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before October 31st. Provincial and central enterprises stationed in Shandong are summarized by the local Industry and Information Technology Bureau of the city where they are located.
（3） The time range of the data indicators in the evaluation materials for the past three years is from January 2021 to December 2023, with financial data filled in according to the audited 2023 financial statements.
3、 Other matters
（1） According to the "Work Guidelines", situations where the operational evaluation is not qualified, evaluation materials are not submitted within the deadline, false materials and data are provided, etc. will result in the revocation of the qualification of the "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D center in the province, and no further application will be made within three years from the date of revocation.
（2） If the name of the enterprise where the provincial "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D center is located changes, relevant explanatory and proof materials must be attached, and the current name must be filled in the "Remarks" column of the summary table.
