In order to implement the requirements of the notice of the general office of the Ministry of industry and information technology on organizing and carrying out the collection of typical cases for the development of the Internet of things enabling industry in 2024 (Department of industry [2024] No. 300), strengthen the summary of typical experience and the promotion of excellent cases, and give full play to the supporting role of the Internet of things in building a modern industrial system and promoting new industrialization, The collection of typical cases for the development of the Internet of the industry in 2024 is organized. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

Combined with the "14th Five-Year Plan" in the digital economy of intelligent transportation, smart energy, smart manufacturing and other application scenarios, for industry applications, social governance, people's livelihood consumption and integration with new industries four areas, focusing on 14 specific directions to carry out this typical case collection.

1. Intelligent manufacturing. Focus on planning and scheduling, production operations, equipment management, remote operation and maintenance, energy consumption control, warehousing and distribution, quality control and other scenarios, and collect application cases to promote intelligent transformation, digital transformation, network connection, and improve the quality and efficiency of manufacturing.

2. Smart agriculture. Focus on field planting, greenhouse regulation, livestock and poultry breeding, aquaculture, traceability of agricultural products circulation, forestry production and supervision, biological resources monitoring, agricultural machinery equipment and other scenarios, and collect application cases that are conducive to promoting the digitization of agricultural production and operation and services.

3. Smart logistics. Focus on road transportation, railway transportation, waterway transportation, air transportation, pipeline transportation, regional distribution, warehouse management, urban terminal logistics and distribution and other scenarios, and collect application cases that are conducive to the construction of a modern circulation system that is connected internally and externally, safe and efficient, and smooth across the board.

4. Smart energy. Focus on smart inspection, smart metering, remote operation and maintenance, energy management, smart scheduling, carbon footprint tracking and other scenarios, and collect applications that are conducive to the digital transformation of traditional energy industries such as electricity, petrochemicals, and coal, as well as new energy construction such as wind power, photovoltaics, and hydrogen energy.

5. Intelligent construction. Focus on the production and transportation of building materials parts, BIM collaborative design, smart construction sites, construction robots, smart buildings, safe construction and other scenarios, and collect application cases that are conducive to improving construction quality and construction efficiency.

Focus on smart home appliances, smart lighting, smart security monitoring, smart speakers, new wearable devices, aging transformation and other scenarios, collect induction control, voice control, remote control and other Internet of Things technology means and home products integration application case.

11. Wisdom Culture Brigade. Focus on scenic smart management, smart navigation, immersive experience, cultural relic protection and collection management, smart interpretation, smart library and other scenarios, and collect application cases that are conducive to providing more safe, convenient and comfortable quality cultural and tourism services to tourists.

12. Smart health. Focus on personalized health management, family pension beds, remote consultation, sports training and other scenarios, collect self-service health testing equipment, intelligent pension monitoring equipment, home service robots, sports health equipment and other medical, health care, sports and other intelligent terminal equipment cross-border integration application cases.

13. Emerging industries. Focus on the Internet of Things and 5G, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, satellite Internet and other new-generation information technology integration applications, and solicit cases to promote the development of a new generation of information technology industry and form new quality productivity.

14. Future industries. Focus on the integration and innovation of future industries such as the Internet of Things and meta-universe, brain-computer interface, quantum information, humanoid robots, biological manufacturing, etc., and collect cases to promote the industrialization of information technology in the future.

2、 Declaration conditions

The subject of (I) declaration shall be registered within the territory of Shandong Province and shall have the qualification of an independent legal person. The reporting entity has been in good financial condition for the past three years and has no bad record in terms of credit.

(II) application cases must have been landed and achieved results. They have not been shortlisted for the Internet of Things demonstration projects and typical cases of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in previous years. Innovative breakthroughs have been made in the integration of the Internet of Things. The implementation effect is significant, and the driving effect is strong. It has strong reference significance and promotion value for related industries or enterprises.

The (III) application materials are objective and true, can fully reflect the technical characteristics of the Internet of Things, and highly focus on the actual scene application needs and key issues.

(IV) each reporting unit is limited to 1 declaration.

3、 Declaration process

This solicitation takes the form of a combination of online reporting and paper submission.

(I) Online Filing

The reporting unit logs into the "Typical Case Collection System for the Development of Internet of Things Enabling Industry" (www.iotproj.cesi.cn, hereinafter referred to as the reporting system) and fills in the required information after completing registration. The deadline for filing is August 23, 2024.

(II) Case Recommendation

The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the central government in Shandong and provincial enterprises are responsible for organizing recommendations. There are no more than 2 recommended cases by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the central government in Shandong and provincial enterprises. Central enterprises in Shandong and provincial enterprises can be directly submitted to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

Submission of (III) materials

The municipal bureaus of industry and information technology, the central enterprises stationed in Shandong and provincial enterprises will uniformly submit the summary table of recommended case information stamped with the official seal of the recommended unit and the stamped application form of the recommended case (in quadruplicate) to the Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before August 26, 2024.
