In order to accelerate the improvement of industrial energy efficiency in key industries and promote energy conservation and consumption reduction of industrial enterprises in key industries, in accordance with the requirements of the "Shandong Province Key Industry Energy Efficiency" Leader "Selection Management Measures (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), the province is now organizing To carry out the selection of energy efficiency "leaders" in key industries at the provincial level in 2024, the relevant matters are notified as follows.
1. selection process
(I) application. Enterprises that meet the requirements identified in the "Measures" (please download from the policy document column of the official website of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology), in accordance with the principle of voluntary participation, submit an energy efficiency "leader" application report to the local municipal industry and information bureau, and provide Relevant supporting materials.
(II) the first trial. In accordance with the requirements of the measures, the municipal bureaus of industry and information technology, together with the development and reform and market supervision departments, organize the preliminary examination of the application reports submitted by enterprises in the region, conduct on-the-spot investigation and credit verification on the situation of enterprises (subject to "credit China" and "national enterprise credit information publicity system"), and select the best and recommend them in strict accordance with the standards.
(III) audit. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, together with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, organized experts to review the application reports submitted by various cities, and assessed the list of "leaders" in energy efficiency in key industries at the provincial level.
(IV) release. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, together with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, publicized the energy efficiency "leader" on the official website, and officially released it after the publicity without objection. Provincial energy efficiency "leader" title is valid for one year.
2、 Job requirements
Municipalities shall mail the paper version of the application report, recommendation form (attachment) and recommendation opinions (stamped with official seal) of the recommended enterprise to the Green Development Promotion Office of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology (address: No. 1, Shengfuqian Street, Lixia District, Jinan City, EMS only) before August 30, 2024, and the electronic version of the materials (word version of the recommendation form and sealed scanned pdf version of all reported materials) shall be sent to the mailbox for sgxtls@163.com.
