On December 27th, the Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs held the 2024 Provincial Social Organization Level Evaluation and Awarding Conference. Leaders from the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and other departments attended the meeting and awarded plaques and level certificates to 86 provincial social organizations that have obtained 3A or higher levels. The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association has once again successfully passed the evaluation this year and has been re elected as a 5A level social organization. Vice Secretary General Wang Qun attended the award ceremony and made an exchange speech.

Ji Shengfeng, Deputy Director of the Social Organization Management Bureau of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, summarized the evaluation work and made arrangements for the standardization construction of social organizations. Four social organizations, including Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association, Shandong Book Industry Chamber of Commerce, Shandong Qilu Pharmaceutical Charity Foundation, and Qilu Institute of Technology, exchanged speeches.

Wang Qun stated in his communication speech that the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association was established in 2016 and has always adhered to the guidance of Party building as the starting point, with the goal of serving the overall social and economic situation of the province. In promoting the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the province, it has innovated ideas and taken the initiative to do a lot of useful and pioneering work, demonstrating the association's responsibility and commitment. Next, the association will continuously improve its own construction level, further play its role as a bridge and link, provide better services to member enterprises, and make greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of our province's equipment manufacturing industry.
