Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Soliciting the Guidance Catalogue for the Promotion and Application of the First (Set) Technical Equipment and Key Core Components in Shandong Province in 2024

In order to accelerate the breakthrough of major technological equipment and key core components in our province, and promote the high-quality development of the high-end equipment industry, we are now revising and improving the guidance catalog for the promotion and application of the first (set) technological equipment and key core components in the province in 2024. The specific notice is as follows:
（1） The recommended catalog products include: (1) First set of technical equipment: refers to a complete or single machine equipment product that has undergone original innovation, integrated innovation, or introduced technology digestion and absorption and re innovation, and has achieved significant innovations in principles, structures, performance, etc. in China, with significant energy-saving, material saving, and environmental protection characteristics, and has independent intellectual property rights; (2) Key core components: Refers to core component products included in national major special projects and major engineering projects, as well as other key component products that can replace imports.
（2） Key supported areas: industrial mother machines, agricultural machinery and equipment, engineering machinery, robots, ship and marine equipment, rail transit equipment, electrical energy equipment, hydrogen energy and fuel cells, energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, medical equipment, safety emergency equipment, instruments and meters, petrochemical equipment, intelligent manufacturing equipment and other key core basic components of the industry.
（3） The major technical equipment products applying for inclusion in the "Guidance Catalog" must meet the following conditions in principle:
Focusing on the key core links of the high-end equipment industry chain plays an important role in maintaining the stability and competitiveness of the supply chain;
2. The product has achieved significant technological breakthroughs and has significant advantages in technological innovation and quality level. The manufacturing enterprise has relevant invention patents and is closely related to the product;
3. The overall performance, key technologies, and core indicators of the machine have reached the leading domestic or international advanced level of similar equipment;
4. Outstanding energy-saving and environmental protection effects, significant economic and social benefits, and high product added value.
Recommended units are required to carefully fill out the "2024 Shandong Province First (Set) Technical Equipment and Key Core Component Promotion and Application Guidance Catalog Collection Form" as required, which can be accompanied by detailed product descriptions, honors obtained, platform construction, invention patents and other relevant proof materials. Please do not include confidential content in the materials. The filling content can refer to the "2022 Guidance Catalog for the Promotion and Application of the First (Set) Technical Equipment and Key Core Components" issued by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The equipment declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as the manufacturing industry single champion, specialized, refined, new and small giant, and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology as specialized, refined, new, gazelle, unicorn enterprises, which have been recognized as the first (set) technical equipment and key core components of the province in 2022 and 2023, will be given priority in the catalog under the same conditions.
The municipal industry and information bureaus are requested to collect the attachments and other supporting materials before June 17, and conduct a preliminary review of the enterprise declaration, and submit the paper and electronic materials to the equipment industry department of the provincial industry and information department after affixing the official seal.
