In order to comprehensively promote the digital transformation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our province, our office has completed the first batch of pilot collection and selection of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the early stage, and now we will continue to organize and carry out the second batch of pilot work as follows:

1. key tasks

The (I) continues to select pilot enterprises for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province. Focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises in key areas of the manufacturing industry and key links of the industrial chain, on the basis of the first batch of 123 pilot enterprises (chain groups), continue to recommend and select a number of small and medium-sized enterprises with urgent demand for digital transformation, huge development potential and obvious economic and social benefits to carry out pilot demonstration. Specialized and new "little giant", national manufacturing single champion, "in command" top 100 enterprises, as well as key industrial chains and characteristic industrial clusters with strong will are preferred.

(II) continues to solicit digital transformation service providers for small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide. Guided by the needs of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, we will continue to solicit and strictly select a number of high-quality digital transformation service providers with core service capabilities, mature solutions, successful cases in related industries and able to provide high-quality services continuously and stably, so as to provide professional, accurate and efficient digital services for small and medium-sized enterprises in our province.

2. declaration process

(I) Service Provider

Eligible service providers should log in to the public service platform for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (https://smedx.iep.imc-oneaccess.cn/) of the national digital transformation promotion center for small and medium-sized enterprises, register the service provider information according to the public service platform operation guide (service provider) (see annex 2), and fill in the application form for service providers for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will organize an expert committee of the Promotion Center to select service providers and determine the list of service providers and solutions and service products for the second batch of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

(II) pilot enterprises

In line with the principle of enterprise voluntariness, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology organizes enterprises to fill in enterprise information and digital transformation needs through the public service platform for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (https://smedx.iep.imc-oneaccess.cn/) in accordance with the "Public Service Platform Operation Guide (Enterprise Users)" (see Annex 3). The municipal industry and information bureaus are requested to review the pilot enterprises declared by the city through the platform in a timely manner, and complete the online recommendation through the platform before December 28.

The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will organize experts to review and screen the needs of enterprises for digital transformation, and determine the list of the second batch of enterprises for digital transformation pilots.

3、 Regarding requirements

1. Service providers outside the province should have branches or resident service teams in Shandong to carry out production and business activities, and their financial status is good, and there is no serious breach of trust.

2. The products (services) declared by the service provider should focus on enabling the specialized and special new "little giants", manufacturing individual champions and key industrial chains, characteristic industrial cluster enterprises, or cross-industry, cross-field, general-purpose "small, fast and light" products (services), and provide corresponding typical cases.

3. In accordance with the "Application Guidelines" (Annex 1) and the requirements of the application procedures, carefully prepare the materials required for the application, complete the online filling and offline material submission in a timely manner, and the content of the filling should be detailed, accurate and comprehensive.
