2、 Scope of solicitation

Including sub-industry and industrial cluster digital transformation needs two types of direction:

(I) industry direction: including but not limited to electronic information, equipment manufacturing, raw materials, new materials, textiles and clothing and other manufacturing industry segments, in the production and manufacturing life cycle of each link of the digital transformation scenario needs.

(II) cluster direction: the digital transformation scenario needs of characteristic industrial clusters in all aspects of the manufacturing life cycle.

3. solicitation principle

(I), this call focuses on the digital transformation needs that the unit itself cannot solve, has an inherent desire, and needs to carry out external cooperation. The demand should be oriented to solve practical problems, and at the same time have common significance and reference value in the same industry and the same type of enterprises, and can be demonstrated and promoted after the implementation is completed.

The unit that (II) the demand should have the ability to support the digital transformation, and the digital transformation scenario that has been built is not within the scope of the collection.

4. organization implementation

(I), enterprises and institutions in need are requested to select their industries and links to carry out digital transformation according to the demand matrix diagram (Annex 1), determine the location of the demand matrix (e.g. equipment manufacturing-casting-energy management, I .e. X10Y9), fill in the demand collection form (Annex 2) and summary form (Annex 3), and submit them to the municipal industry and information bureau. The cluster management unit fills in the cluster transformation requirements. You can submit the digital transformation requirements based on the actual situation of the cluster without referring to the manufacturing links listed in the matrix.

(II), the municipal industry and information bureaus are requested to do a good job in the preliminary examination and summary, and submit the demand solicitation form (annex 2, in duplicate) and the summary form (annex 3, stamped with the official seal of the recommended unit) to the provincial industry and information department before December 7, and the electronic version will be sent to the mailbox at the same time.

In (III), the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will organize think tank experts and professional institutions to conduct a joint review of the collected and summarized needs, focusing on selecting the scene needs that are urgent for digital transformation, representative and exemplary in the industry, and releasing them to the public in accordance with the principle of "urgent need first, mature batch, release batch" and the direction of "general scene, industry scene and cluster scene.

In (IV), the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology started the work of "unveiling the list and leading the leader" in due course, supporting service providers such as industrial Internet platforms to accurately connect with demand units, creating a number of typical scenario solutions that can be replicated and promoted, and "1 N" driving the improvement of digital level. Support will be given to the typical scene project of "uncovering the list" implemented according to the procedure.
