Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Organizing the Work of Unveiling the Future Industrial Innovation Task of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2023_Policy Information_Notice Announcement

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on unveiling the list of leaders and speed up the development of future industrial innovation, according to the requirements of the notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on organizing the unveiling of future industrial innovation tasks in 2023 (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Branch letter [2023] No. 235), we are now organizing the declaration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's future industrial innovation tasks in 2023. The specific matters are notified as follows:

1、 Content of the unveiling task

Facing the four key directions of meta-universe, humanoid robots, brain-computer interfaces and general artificial intelligence, we will focus on innovative tasks such as core foundation, key products, public support and demonstration applications, explore and cultivate a number of advantageous units that master key core technologies and have strong innovation capabilities, break through a number of landmark technology products, and accelerate the landing application of new technologies and new products. (Please refer to the annex for the task)

2、 Recommended conditions

(I) reporting units must be registered in Shandong Province, with independent legal personality of enterprises and institutions. The reporting unit shall promise to complete the corresponding tasks within the specified time limit after the list is unveiled.

Enterprises, financial institutions, science and technology service institutions, universities, scientific research institutes and new R & D institutions are (II) encouraged to declare in the form of a consortium, with one lead unit and no more than four joint participants.

In accordance with the principles of government guidance and enterprise voluntariness, the municipal bureaus of industry and information technology and provincial enterprise groups in (III) give priority to recommending projects with outstanding innovation capabilities, good industrialization prospects, and obvious industry driving effects.

3、 Job requirements

The subject of (I) declaration can declare through the declaration system (https://jbgs.ccidnet.com) and fill in the required materials after registration. The deadline for filing is November 10, 2023.

(II) municipal industry and information bureaus will conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials in the region, and submit the summary table (Excel), application materials (electronic version) and recommended documents (PDF paper version) to the science and technology department of the provincial industry and information department before November 15. Provincial enterprise groups and central enterprises in Shandong may be submitted directly.

(III) Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organizes the selection of advantageous projects, and recommends the qualified ones to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

(IV) the same time, the Municipal Bureau of industry and information technology is requested to attach great importance to the work of unveiling the list of industrial innovation tasks in the future, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of local enterprises, financial institutions, scientific research institutes, new R & D institutions, relevant industrial alliances and industry associations, complete the audit and recommendation work with high quality, and increase support in policies, funds and resources, We will accelerate the future industrial innovation and development of the region.
