In order to strengthen the internal collaboration of various professional branches and offices of the association and enhance the service capabilities of the association, on October 12th, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association held a symposium for the exchange of professional branch and office leaders. Sun Junhao, Minister of the Project Department, Liu Hao, Minister of External Exchange and Cooperation, and Zhang Lu, Deputy Minister of the Membership Department, gave explanations on how to carry out professional services such as scientific and technological achievement evaluation and standardization construction, as well as the annual conference plan.
Secretary General Su Hongxing pointed out in the summary speech of the association's work that the provincial association actively carries out industry research work, understands the needs of member units and industry development trends, and provides a basis for formulating more targeted service measures. Firstly, we have established contacts and conducted mutual visits with multiple relevant industry associations both domestically and internationally, providing a broader platform for member units to exchange and cooperate; Secondly, we have strengthened the construction of the Secretariat and member teams, improved various rules and regulations, and enhanced work efficiency and service quality; The third is to continuously strengthen communication with government departments, reflect industry demands, strive for policy support, and strive to create a favorable external environment for industry development.
In the exchange speech, Sun Di believed that in the formulation of the team logo, it can be integrated with the standards followed by the international market to achieve the "three similarities" of standards; Sun Tengjiao stated that communication and coordination with local enterprises need to be further strengthened when carrying out business activities, and he hopes that the provincial association can provide more guidance and support.
Xu Shiping, Director of the Development Strategy Research Center of the Association, has put forward clear requirements for the next steps of the professional branches and offices: firstly, to attach great importance to the development of members, continuously expand the influence and coverage of the Association, improve the quality of member services, and enhance the sense of belonging and cohesion of members; The second is to innovate the form and content of services, improve the quality and effectiveness of services, and provide more valuable services to member units; Thirdly, the provincial association should strengthen communication and collaboration with various branches and offices, form a working force, and jointly promote the smooth implementation of the association's various work; Fourthly, we must strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the association, standardize management, and ensure the legality and standardization of our work; Fifth, each unit should build its own team, improve the professional quality and service ability of its staff, and provide guarantees for better work.
