According to the spirit of the "Interim Measures for Promoting the Development of Characteristic Industrial Clusters of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Enterprise [2022] No. 119), "Shandong Province Characteristic Industrial Clusters Management Measures" (Lu Gong Xin Fa [2020] No. 5) and other documents, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized the identification of the cultivation of characteristic industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province in 2023. After voluntary declaration of clusters, review and recommendation by competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises in various cities, and expert review organized by ministries and agencies, it is planned to determine 35 clusters such as Jinan Gangcheng District's high-quality steel intensive processing characteristic industrial clusters as characteristic industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province in 2023. The list (see annex) is now publicized.
