Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Holding the Seventh Provincial Private Economy SME Policy Publicity Conference
Industry and Information Technology Bureaus of various cities, Private Economy Development Bureaus of Jinan and Qingdao, Private Economy Development Service Center of Binzhou City, relevant service agencies and enterprises:
为深入贯彻党中央、国务院和省委、省政府促进民营经济中小企业发展的决策部署，落实工业和信息化部关于开展“一起益企”中小企业服务行动的工作要求，进一步宣传解读支持民营经济中小企业高质量发展的相关政策，助力企业“知、懂、用、享”惠企政策，定于9月7日下午举办第七期全省民营经济中小企业政策宣贯大会。现将有关事项通知如下：

2、 Meeting format
The conference adopted the form of online video live broadcast, which was broadcast simultaneously on the public service platform of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province and the public number platform of "small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province. The main video live broadcast venue will be set up in Jinan, and the municipal and county-level private economic small and medium-sized enterprises competent departments, small and medium-sized enterprise service centers and public service demonstration platforms will set up live broadcast sub-venues respectively. Relevant service agencies and enterprises will enter the live broadcast room through the public service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province or the public number platform of "small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province.
3、 Meeting content
（1） The relevant departments of the province interpret a series of policy measures supported by the state and our province to promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the private economy.
（2） Service agencies explain relevant policy project cases.

（一）市县两级民营经济中小企业主管部门负责同志。

5、 Job requirements
（一）各市民营经济主管部门、中小企业服务中心和公共服务示范平台根据疫情防控要求，妥善设置分会场并组织相关工作人员参会；积极宣传发动有关协会、特色产业集群、服务机构和企业在线参会。
（二）为进一步提高政策知晓率，深化提升政策服务效果，各市要围绕本地中小企业发展实际和产业特色，认真谋划开展市级民营经济中小企业政策解读系列活动，请于9月7日前将活动计划表（附件2）发送至省普惠中小企业公共服务中心邮箱。各地如有需求，省普惠中小企业公共服务中心可统筹安排授课专家。
