Technology Innovation Leads the Development of New Quality Productivity - Online Training Conference on the Application and Policy Interpretation of the "Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Technology Innovation Award" in Binzhou City in 2024

In order to further encourage enterprises to accelerate independent innovation and promote the development of new quality productivity in the equipment manufacturing industry, on July 31st, the Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology organized an online training meeting for the application and policy interpretation of the "2024 Shandong Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Award" (Binzhou District). The meeting was chaired by Li Guopeng from the Equipment Industry Department of Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Su Hongxing, Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, provided policy interpretation.

Su Hongxing introduced that technological innovation can give birth to new industries, new models, and new driving forces, and is the core element for developing new quality productivity. The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association focuses deeply on industry technological innovation, with the aim and main line of promoting technological innovation and progress in the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province. It carries out "one award, one competition, one study tour" (Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Technology Innovation Award, Skill Xinglu Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Vocational Skills Competition, Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Industry Chain Study Tour) and other work. In 2020, the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Award" was approved by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and has been successfully held for four sessions. Su Hongxing provided a detailed interpretation of the application requirements and precautions for the 2024 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association Science and Technology Award.

Wang Tao, the head of the Equipment Industry Department of Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, summarized that after four years of experience and development, the Shandong Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Technology Innovation Award has important guidance and practicality for the innovative development of the industry. Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will actively organize enterprises to apply and promote the high-quality development of Binzhou's equipment manufacturing industry chain.

More than 60 people, including Wang Qun, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Sun Tengjiao, Director of Binzhou Office, Liu Wei, Deputy Director, and leaders of various county and district industrial and information technology bureaus and enterprise leaders in Binzhou, participated in this online training.
