In order to actively respond to the call of the national innovation driven development strategy, anchor the development direction of new quality productivity, and make greater contributions in serving and integrating into the new development pattern, on July 17-18, Su Hongxing, Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, led a team to conduct industry research and visit exchanges with Xu Shiping, High end Strategic Advisor of the Association, Cheng Lei, Deputy Secretary General of the Standards Committee, and Liu Hao, Minister of Foreign Cooperation, at key equipment manufacturing enterprises in Dezhou City.
The research team has held discussions and exchanges with leaders of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Dezhou City, the Ministry of Economy and Information Technology of Tianqu New Area, the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Qihe County, and the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Yucheng City.

As the northern gateway of Shandong Province, Dezhou has benefited from two major opportunities: the coordinated development of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the construction of the Shandong New and Old Energy Conversion Comprehensive Experimental Zone, injecting the driving force of the times into Dezhou's industrial economy, especially the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry. The equipment manufacturing industry, as an important force supporting and promoting the industrial development of our province, faces the severe and complex international economic and political environment, as well as the intensification of domestic market competition. How to make equipment manufacturing enterprises better "make money" and more "valuable", and how to further enhance their technological innovation capabilities and core competitiveness, have become the main problems facing the current development of enterprises.
During the discussion, Su Hongxing exchanged and shared on a series of key tasks carried out by the association, such as leading industry technological innovation, standardization construction, and expanding domestic and international markets, in the area of "chain resources and strong services"; This key visit to the Texas region is also aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the current development status and direction of equipment manufacturing enterprises in our province, promoting communication between the government, associations, and enterprises, in order to provide accurate service resources for enterprise development, and jointly promote the high-quality development of our province's equipment manufacturing industry.
