While speeding up the progress of coal mine resumption in the province, our province actively coordinates coal mines outside the province to help solve the problem of limited coal transportation outside the province, and strengthens communication with major coal provinces such as Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia, and strengthens the supply of coal resources in our province support. The provincial development and Reform Commission has studied and issued the notice on signing medium and long-term contracts for thermal coal as soon as possible to ensure the stable increase of thermal coal inventory.
The province issued the "Notice on the phased reduction of industrial and commercial electricity prices to support enterprises to resume work and production", clear from February 1 to June 30, 2020, power grid enterprises to the province's high-energy-consuming industries outside the industrial and commercial users to collect electricity charges, unified according to the original household electricity price level of 95% of the settlement. "Preliminary estimates show that relevant power users in the province can reduce the electricity burden by 3.7 billion yuan during the implementation of the policy." Qiao Naichen said. The province issued the "Notice on the phased reduction of non-resident natural gas prices to support enterprises to resume work and production", stipulating that from February 1 to June 30, 2020, non-resident gas city gate station prices in advance of the implementation of the off-season price policy. According to reports, thanks to this policy, enterprises in the province can reduce their burden by 0.97 billion yuan in the peak gas consumption season from February to March alone.
