Establish an inter-provincial transportation coordination mechanism, strengthen coordination with the transportation authorities of neighboring provinces and cities, and mutually recognize the "passes" issued by neighboring provinces for the production of raw materials, products, and migrant workers returning to work and chartered vehicles, and quickly inspect and release them.

The "measures" clearly encourage and support enterprises and project construction units to solve the problem of raw materials and materials locally and nearby, and use the public service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province (comprehensive service platform for private enterprises in Shandong Province) to release information on the supply and demand of raw materials, so as to improve the connection between production and marketing and the docking efficiency of supply and demand. For new raw material production projects, we will be equipped with specialized personnel to act as agents for the whole process of examination and approval, carry out examination and approval at the same time as production, open up green channels for examination and approval in construction, testing, certification and other aspects, give priority to ensuring the demand for water and electricity for land use, and promote the project to reach production as soon as possible.
