On June 22, 2019, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the main forum of the 2019 China Industrial Information Security Conference, co-sponsored by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center and the Industrial Information Security Industry Development Alliance, was held at the Beijing International Convention Center. Chen Zhaoxiong stressed the need to take Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the guide, firmly establish an overall concept of national security, fully understand the extreme importance of doing a good job in industrial information security under the new situation, accurately grasp the new security challenges faced by the rapid development of the industrial Internet, and strive to create a new situation in industrial information security work.

First, we must improve the industrial information security policies and regulations system. Study and formulate supporting regulations and policies in the field of industrial information security. We will speed up the establishment of a classified and hierarchical management system for industrial data, formulate a number of urgently needed special standards, promote the safe flow, interaction and sharing of industrial data, and release the amplification, superposition and multiplication of data on the industrial economy.

Second, we must enhance the ability of industrial information security technology. We will step up efforts to promote the construction of a security technology guarantee system at the national, local and enterprise levels, continuously improve our core technology research capabilities, risk monitoring and early warning capabilities, hidden danger discovery and disposal capabilities, and industrial data governance capabilities, and strive to ensure the access security of industrial Internet equipment, platform operation security, data flow security, application service security, etc.

Three to create industrial information security industry ecology. Strengthen the cooperation between industry, university, research and application, and create a coordinated development of industrial information security industry ecology. Give full play to the role of integration and linkage of the industrial information security industry development alliance, gather and integrate industry resources, and form a joint force for the development of the security industry. Efforts will be made to cultivate a number of backbone enterprises, drive and lead the development of the industrial information security industry, support the agglomeration and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the formation of a multi-level industrial development pattern.

Four to strengthen the industrial information security personnel. Promote the construction of industrial information security-related disciplines, cultivate a group of professional and compound talents; build professional institutions with strong scientific research strength and strong security assurance capabilities in the field of industrial information security; carry out professional skills training for industries and enterprises, and strengthen enterprise security protection technology Team building.

The 2019 China Industrial Information Security Conference was held on June 21-22. The theme of the conference was "Smart Connection Industrial Security Guarding the Future". More than 1000 experts and representatives from relevant departments, industry enterprises, scientific research institutes and universities attended the meeting.
