Notice on Carrying out the Recommendation and Identification of State-level Science and Technology Business Incubators in Shandong Province in 2019
To the science and technology bureaus of various cities, relevant departments directly under the provincial government, and all relevant units:
In order to guide and promote the high-quality development of science and technology business incubators in our province and create an upgraded version of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", in accordance with the requirements of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the identification of national science and technology business incubators in 2019 (Guo Ke Huo Zi [2019] No. 133), the relevant matters concerning the recommendation and identification of national science and technology business incubators in our province in 2019 are hereby notified as follows:
1. recommended range
The recommended and recognized objects are technology business incubators in Shandong Province (except Qingdao) that meet the relevant conditions and requirements in the "Administrative Measures for Technology Business Incubators" (Guo Kefa District [2018] No. 300) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
2、 Application materials
1. Declaration of National Technology Business Incubator (Annex 2).
2. Letter of recommendation and undertaking issued by the competent departments of science and technology (Annex 3).
3、 Related requirements
1. Institutions applying for accreditation of national incubators must be registered and established before May 31, 2016. The reporting agency shall carefully fill in the "National Science and Technology Business Incubator Application Form" as required to ensure that the information and supporting documents provided are accurate, true, legal and effective. If fraud is found in the process of examination, the qualification of national science and technology business incubator will be canceled, and the declaration shall not be made within three years, and the responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions.

All departments in charge of science and technology should attach great importance to it, make overall planning, combine with the planning and layout of the innovation and cultivation system of local science and technology enterprises, base on advantageous and characteristic industries, and recommend qualified and effective science and technology business incubators to actively declare, and issue a letter of recommendation and letter of commitment after passing the examination of the authenticity, integrity and compliance of the application materials.
3. All departments in charge of science and technology are requested to mail one copy of the application form (bound in 6 copies in paper version), one copy of the recommendation letter and one copy of the summary form (Annex 3) to Room 608 of the Science and Technology Building before July 8, 2019, and send the electronic version to the contact mailbox. The deadline shall be subject to the date of postmark, and the overdue date shall be regarded as an automatic waiver.
