Commentary: The new generation of information technology drives the transformation of the times, and a plan has been issued for the development of Shandong's new generation information technology industry in the next five years.

Recently, the provincial government issued the "Special Plan for the New Generation Information Technology Industry in Shandong Province"(2018-2022year)》(hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). This is a major project for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in the province“top ten”One of the industries“The new generation of information technology industry”Special planning. The introduction of the 'Plan' will effectively guide the high-quality development of Shandong's new generation information technology industry and provide strong support for the implementation of the major project of transforming old and new driving forces. This morning, the Provincial Government Information Office held a meeting“Implement the major project of converting old and new kinetic energy”The 16th press conference of the series, interpreting the relevant situation of the "Plan". 

据介绍，《规划》共包括基础环境、总体要求、重点领域、战略任务和保障措施5个部分。《规划》提出，到2022年全省新一代信息技术产业增加值实现6500亿，主营业务收入过百亿元企业20家，形成8-10个千亿级特色产业集群；骨干企业研发经费投入强度超过6%，信息技术领域发明专利总量达10万件，建成发展体系健全、引领作用明显的“三核一廊两翼”（三核指济南、青岛、烟台三市；一廊指胶济铁路沿线科技创新走廊；两翼指鲁西南、鲁西北）信息技术产业聚集带。 

《规划》布局了新一代信息技术产业发展重点领域。按照“优势领域争一流、核心领域补短板、前沿领域抢布局”的思路，大力发展三大领域的12个重点产业，分别是属于优势领域的大数据、云计算、工业互联网、高端软件、智能家居，属于核心领域的集成电路、新型显示、新一代信息通信，属于前沿领域的人工智能、量子科技和北斗卫星导航、虚拟现实、区块链，进一步明确提出了各产业的发展思路、技术创新着力点、产业化导向、重点项目和重大工程等。
