Notice on Organizing the Application for the Third Batch of Green Manufacturing List

In order to accelerate the construction of green manufacturing system, create advanced models of green manufacturing, and lead the green transformation and development of related industries, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Carrying out the Construction of Green Manufacturing System" (MIIT Jiehan [2016] No. 586) and the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Recommending the Third Batch of Green Manufacturing List" (MIIT Jiehan [2018] No. 257, hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), the third batch of green manufacturing list application work is now organized. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1、 Each city should give priority to supporting the selection of project units in the "2018 Shandong Province Green Manufacturing Project Database (First Batch) Inventory Project List" (Lujingxinxie [2018] No. 248) (hereinafter referred to as the "List") to apply for this batch of green manufacturing list, and guide eligible enterprises and parks outside the "List" to do relevant application work. Encourage the units undertaking green manufacturing system integration projects to actively create green manufacturing systems and apply for green manufacturing lists.
2、 The requirements for green factories, green design products, green parks, and green supply chains in the "Notice" have all undergone new changes. Among them, the requirements for self-evaluation and third-party evaluation reports of green factories have undergone significant changes. The scope of application for green design products and green supply chains has been expanded, and the requirements for green parks have become more detailed. Please pay attention to learning and understanding the new requirements, and guide relevant enterprises and parks to prepare application materials according to the new requirements. For those who apply for green design products, while submitting the required paper materials, they should also log in to the Green Manufacturing Public Service Platform（ https://www.gmpsp.org.cn ）Complete online submission.
3、 The third-party evaluation of green factories, green parks, and green supply chains shall be carried out by the applying enterprises or parks independently commissioned by third-party organizations. Third party institutions must meet the basic conditions required by the Notice. The total number of green manufacturing system evaluation projects (including green factories, green parks, and green supply chains) carried out nationwide by third-party institutions of the same legal entity (including their affiliated enterprises and institutions) shall not exceed 15. Encourage enterprises and parks to visit the third-party organization self declaration platform for the construction of green manufacturing system in Shandong Province（ https://49.4.5.180:7088/page/index.html ）Alternatively, the green manufacturing public service platform may select third-party organizations that have completed self declaration to conduct relevant evaluation work.
4、 Please refer to the procedures and requirements for recommending the first two batches of green manufacturing lists in each city, continue to do a good job in the preliminary review of the recommended list for this batch of green manufacturing, and submit the recommended materials (recommendation documents, summary table, individual application materials, etc.) to our Energy Conservation Comprehensive Coordination Office before September 7, 2018. Four copies of the paper materials should be provided, along with an electronic version on CD. Late submissions will not be accepted.
