At present, the equipment manufacturing industry has entered a critical period of transition from old to new driving forces. As a traditional industry, it has large investment and many universal basic products. Labor costs, raw material costs, environmental protection costs, and research and development costs are all rigidly increasing, and many equipment manufacturing enterprises are entering a "life and death line".

Gao Ling, President of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, from the perspective of the equipment manufacturing industry,就如何降低企业税负，减轻企业各项成本压力等方面提出了“在国家政策允许范围内，考虑装备制造业占地面积大的实际情况，大幅度降低装备制造业土地使用税”、“加大对人防费征收的研究力度，大幅度降低人防费”和“尽快出台对各类评估统一的准入、收费和服务标准，规范评估事项收费，为企业发展创造良好的外部环境。”等关键性建议，为山东省装备制造企业降税减负、新旧动能转化和健康快速创新发展助力！

省政府和各部门对于山东省装备制造业协会提出的议案高度重视，副省长王书坚带领省有关部门领导到会，对该议案给予肯定并认真采纳。
