Yang Fengshe, president of Liangshan Special Purpose Vehicle Industry Association, and Feng Changhui, secretary of the Party branch, respectively delivered the 2023 work report and audit report of the Association, invited many experts in the industry to make keynote speeches, held the first batch of members of Liangshan New Alliance to sail out to sea and the signing ceremony for PICC to underwrite strictly selected products, and also held an award ceremony for enterprises and exemplary individual who have made outstanding contributions to the industry.
In his keynote speech on "Reflections on the Special Purpose Vehicle Industry in Liangshan under the New Situation", Lee Kuan Yew pointed out that after more than 30 years of development, Liangshan County's special purpose vehicles now have an innovation and research center for special purpose vehicles, a product testing service system, and a second-hand special purpose vehicle trading market. It has become one of the largest special purpose vehicle industry clusters in the country. I wish that Liangshan special purpose vehicle industry cluster will actively integrate into the "the Belt and Road" development strategy and the construction of advanced manufacturing province in the new era, accelerate the high-quality development of special purpose vehicle industry, and strive to build a new highland for the development of special purpose vehicle industry; I hope that the enterprises within the cluster will pay attention to technological innovation, enhance their core competitiveness, and promote the leapfrog development of the Liangshan special purpose vehicle industry cluster when facing market competition, technological innovation, and changes in social demand.
After the meeting, Lee Kuan Yew and Zhang Lianghua, the director of the Liangshan County Industry and Information Technology Bureau Office, visited key enterprises in Liangshan such as Tongya Automobile, CIMC Dongyue, Shuyue Port and Shipping, Kelly Heavy Industry, Shuibo Intelligent Equipment, and the China Liangshan Huatong Used Car Trading Market for on-site inspections.
