On December 12th, the reporter learned from the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau that our province has made new breakthroughs in promoting the construction of an "uncertified province", and has taken the lead in the country to achieve certificate free enterprise establishment. Applicants do not need to submit corresponding paper proof materials and can apply for licenses without certification through the "One Window Pass" platform.

Resident ID card, business license, public institution legal person registration certificate, social organization legal person registration certificate, and private non enterprise unit legal person registration certificate are the five commonly used identification materials for investment entities in enterprise registration. On the basis of implementing the application of electronic ID cards and electronic business licenses in the field of enterprise registration, our province has increased its efforts in data sharing applications this year, promoting the application of electronic information for the registration certificates of public institutions, social organizations, and private non enterprise units in the field of enterprise registration. We have achieved full coverage of five commonly used certificates and licenses related to enterprise registration, and achieved full coverage of all types of registration and registration business such as the establishment, change, equity pledge registration, and filing of various market entities.

When applying for the business that requires the submission of paper materials for the five types of certificates and licenses mentioned above, applicants only need to open the "One Window Pass" service platform through the enterprise, enter the corresponding certificate and license unified social credit code and unit name, and the system will automatically retrieve the relevant certificate and license PDF information and basic information without submitting the corresponding paper certification materials.
