Notice on Holding the Provincial Policy Promotion Conference for Small and Medium sized Private Enterprises in Shandong Province

Industry and Information Technology Bureaus of various cities, Private Economy Development Bureaus of Jinan and Qingdao, Private Economy Development Service Center of Binzhou City, relevant service agencies and enterprises:

In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Government to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the private economy, implement the work requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on carrying out the "Benefit Enterprises Together" small and medium-sized enterprise service action, further promote and interpret relevant policies to support the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the private economy, and assist enterprises in "knowing, understanding, using, and enjoying" the policy of benefiting enterprises, a provincial policy promotion conference for small and medium-sized enterprises in the private economy is scheduled to be held on May 7th. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Meeting time

On May 7th, 2022 at 9:00 am, the meeting will last for one day.

2、 Meeting format

The conference adopts the form of online video live broadcast, which is simultaneously broadcast on the public service platform for SMEs in Shandong Province and the official account platform of "SMEs in Shandong Province". The main venue for live video broadcast will be set up in Jinan, and each city, county (city, district) industry and information (private economy) department, small and medium-sized enterprise service center and public service platform will set up live broadcast sub venues respectively. Relevant service institutions and enterprises will enter the live broadcast room through the Shandong SME public service platform or the "Shandong SME" official account platform to participate.

3、 Meeting content

（1） The relevant departments of the province interpret a series of policy measures supported by the state and our province to promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the private economy.

（2） Service agencies explain relevant policy project cases.

4、 Attendees

（1） Heads of industrial and information technology (private economy) departments in each city and county (city, district).

（2） Responsible persons for small and medium-sized enterprise service centers and public service platforms at all levels.

（三）有关协会、特色产业集群、服务机构负责人。

（四）全省民营经济中小企业负责人。

5、 Job requirements

（一）各地工信（民营经济）部门、中小企业服务中心和公共服务平台根据疫情防控要求，妥善设置分会场并组织相关工作人员参会；积极宣传发动有关协会、特色产业集群、服务机构和企业在线参会。

（二）为进一步提高政策知晓率，深化提升政策服务效果，各市要围绕本地中小企业发展实际和产业特色，认真谋划开展市级民营经济中小企业政策解读系列活动，请于5月7日前将活动计划表（附件2）发送至省普惠中小企业公共服务中心邮箱。各地如有需求，省普惠中小企业公共服务中心可统筹安排授课专家。
