Zhang Haiyan, Chairman of Longi Group and Chairman of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Su Hongxing, Secretary General of the Provincial Association, and Lee Kuan Yew, Deputy Secretary General, were invited to attend this seminar.
As a stop of the intelligent manufacturing technology transformation tour promotion meeting, this brake disc seminar visited the Yantai brake disc production base, aiming to help brake disc enterprises build a new communication platform, promote process innovation, equipment upgrading, and the application of new materials and technologies, promote the digital transformation process of brake disc enterprises, build intelligent factories, and achieve the goal of improving quality, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and enhancing enterprise market competitiveness.
The seminar was chaired by Wang Qigong, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Shandong Automation Society, who delivered the opening speech.
In his speech, Zhong Gang, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Engineering Association, introduced the basic situation of Shandong Engineering Association and stated that the seminar gathered numerous representatives of brake discs, intelligent manufacturing enterprises, technical experts, and senior scholars to discuss and share market trends and case studies. In her speech, Zhang Haiyan, Chairman of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association and Chairman of Longi Group, stated that Shandong Province is a major province in the equipment manufacturing industry. In his speech, Secretary General of Laizhou Foundry Association, An Yisheng, expressed the hope that through this seminar, participating enterprises and experts can have in-depth exchanges, jointly explore solutions for intelligent manufacturing technology transformation, lead enterprises to gradually eliminate outdated production capacity, optimize industrial structure, and improve comprehensive efficiency.
Li Kuan Yew, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and Senior Engineer of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, gave a keynote report on the current situation of the automotive industry under the trend of electrification and the development direction of brake products. He analyzed the current situation of the automotive industry with practical cases and data, and provided a detailed introduction to the future development trend of the new energy vehicle industry.
Wang Xiaodong, the director of the information office of CITIC Daika Co., Ltd. and the deputy secretary-general of the wheel committee of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Li Dengchao, the general manager of Shandong Daopu'an Brake Materials Co., Ltd., and Qian Xin, the senior engineer and associate professor of the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, respectively made thematic reports on the related dimensions of tires, wheels, bolts, brake discs, wheels, and wheel hub bearings (TWBBH), the application and prospect of carbon ceramic brake discs in the field of new energy vehicles, and the status quo of high-performance carbon fiber industry at home and abroad and typical applications of carbon ceramic composites.
