Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Network, November 23, 2023, Rizhao News On November 23rd, the Iron and Steel Industry Development Service Center and Liangshan Special Purpose Vehicle Industry Service Center of Lanshan District, Rizhao City signed a contract in Lanshan District“Strategic Cooperation Agreement”Li Kuan Yew, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and researcher of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, and Qi Wen, Vice President and Secretary General of Liangshan County Special Purpose Vehicle Industry Association, witnessed the signing ceremony on site.
Fu Zhiqiang, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Iron and Steel Industry Development Service Center in Lanshan District, signed a contract with Jia Chunhui, Director of the Special Purpose Vehicle Industry Service Center in Liangshan County
Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation
The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Liangshan Zhongxing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Liangshan County Special Purpose Vehicle Industry Association actively acted as intermediaries to achieve this strategic cooperation, which lasted for more than a month and involved hard work and fruitful results.
The agreement signed this time“Strategic Cooperation Agreement”是按照省委省政府加快产业转型升级、推动绿色低碳高质量发展的战略部署，以“资源共享、合作共赢、共同发展”为宗旨，围绕钢铁及上下游配套产业、专用汽车及零部件制造产业等领域加强合作交流而订立的框架性文件。岚山区钢铁产业发展服务中心与梁山专用汽车产业服务中心将以共同发展和长期合作为目标，建立全方位合作关系，共同为装备强省建设，促进山东经济的发展作出战略举措。
此次战略合作的达成，体现了山东省装备制造业协会在行业内的引领指导作用，顺应了山东省融链、固链、强链的发展趋势，引领企业向轻量化、高端化、智能化、数字化转型，为各专业协会及企业提供了可靠服务的成功案例，已成为政府带领企业实现高质量发展的好帮手。
在签约前，梁山县工信局党组成员、专用汽车产业服务中心主任贾春晖一行走访了山东省装备制造业协会，与省协会高级顾问委员会主任许世平、副秘书长李光耀进行了亲切会谈。随后李光耀陪同贾春晖一行走访了日照阳森供应链管理公司和山东钢铁集团日照有限公司，进行了实地调研并召开座谈会，为日后达成深度合作奠定了基础。日照市岚山区钢铁产业发展服务中心党组成员、副主任傅志强陪同调研。
梁山县城乡发展集团有限公司副总经理汤新利，梁山县专用汽车行业协会副会长兼秘书长于齐文、梁山众兴机械制造有限公司董事长井振华、办公室主任谭文静、办公室主任赵登峰参加了本次走访及签约仪式。
