Industrial Internet Helps Enterprises "Strengthen Tendons and Bones"

Vigorously developing the industrial Internet is an important part of the construction of digital China, and it is also the only way for the industrial economy to move towards high-quality development. Industrial Internet is providing important support for building a manufacturing power and a network power.
"The industrial Internet is the 'second half' of the Internet. Digitization, networking and intelligence are the direction of industrial development. Promoting quality change, efficiency change and power change is the initial goal of developing the industrial Internet. The full realization of the industrial Internet is a long-term process, which is only the beginning at present." Efficiency improvement unleashes potential
"Haier has promoted the industrial Internet platform in 11 factories around the world, realizing the transformation from mass manufacturing to mass customization." Zhou Yunjie, president of Haier Group, said, "Today, our industrial Internet platform connects 26 million industrial equipment, 43000 enterprises, and serves 330 million users."
Industrial Internet applications are helping the traditional manufacturing industry transform its role. Wang Min, Chairman of XCMG, told reporters that "the industrial Internet is also promoting service-oriented manufacturing. XCMG is the first in the industry to apply industrial big data analysis to the manufacturing process of large-scale equipment, doubling the production efficiency".
The real efficiency improvement has made traditional enterprises full of enthusiasm for embracing the industrial Internet. He Dongdong, senior vice president of Sany Group, said, "In 2017, 92% of enterprises were still in the test stage of industrial Internet, and 90% of orders were at the level of 100000 yuan. In the first quarter of this year, nearly 40% of enterprises had carried out small batch applications, and 42% of orders reached the level of million yuan.".
"Industrial Internet has promoted the deep integration of emerging manufacturing technology and information technology, creating conditions for the high degree of synergy of the whole industrial chain, such as supply chain, innovation chain, service chain, logistics chain, and financial chain," said Xu Xiaolan, president of the China Industrial Internet Research Institute.
技术创新要供需对接
“利用大数据分析，我们为一家钢铁企业降低了10%的电机损耗率。这说明工业互联网新技术应用一定要接地气，IT服务商和传统制造业企业需要不断碰撞出火花。”紫光云总裁吴健说。

邬贺铨说：“苏州协鑫是全世界领先的光伏切片企业，在这个行业里，切片越薄，成本就越低，但同时良品率很难保证。苏州协鑫使用阿里云工业大脑分析生产流程，找出薄弱环节，使良品率提升，效益增加上亿元。人工智能不仅需要互联网企业提供算法和算力，也需要在生产线部署物联网，用高质量数据来‘喂养’。”
北京奇安信科技有限公司总裁吴云坤表示，工业互联网服务商也要适应制造业企业现状。“工业设备与电脑、智能手机不一样，要适配很多软件，操作系统却相当老旧。我们为比亚迪的1.7万台设备提供安全防护，就不能采用同一策略统一部署，而是每台设备都必须分别调试。”
在用友网络科技股份有限公司CEO陈强兵看来，技术供需对接还要解决成本问题。“最早一台工业设备接入网络的成本是1.5万元，现在虽然已经降低到1000元，但对中小企业来说依然难以承受。因此，用友正在探索如何降低设备上网成本，如果能降到100元以下，工业互联网就可以进入实质性推广阶段。”
生态构建需形成合力
“由于越来越多主体进入工业互联网服务领域，生态建设是下一阶段工业互联网发展的主线。目前，没有一家企业能够单独完成工业互联网平台的构建，必须形成合力。无论是工业互联网平台本身的技术能力，还是在垂直行业如何落地，以及商业模式如何形成，都需要产业界共同探讨。”正如中国信息通信研究院总工程师余晓晖所说，工业互联网生态构建已成为未来发展关键方向。
在徐晓兰看来，工业互联网生态构建，为不同信息化水平的企业参与产业链合作提供了空间。“如同智能手机起步阶段，苹果和安卓各自构建起自己的生态系统一样，只有通过生态建设组成集团军，工业互联网才有核心竞争力。特别对于处在自动化阶段、数字化基础非常薄弱的企业，通过融入工业互联网生态，和上游企业打通，分享其资源，才能通过以大带小、以小托大方式实现融通发展。”
在浪潮集团执行总裁王柏华看来，工业互联网生态的构建不能贪“大”。“大家都想单独做平台，但工业互联网毕竟太大了，谁也无法包打天下，还是要将细分领域先做透。想要真正形成可以落地的生态，还应该把握不同行业的特征，抓紧细分领域，沿着线去打通。”
建设工业互联网生态，不仅需要企业牵头，更需要政府助力。“政府要推动工业互联网标准化及实施，指导建设工业互联网产业联盟，协调工业互联网安全监控，制定工业互联网发展政策。特别是要扶持中小企业，这种扶持更重要的是扶智。政府可投资建设工业互联网产业技术开发服务中心，委托第三方经营，免费辅导中小企业，为其提供技术支撑。”邬贺铨说。
江苏省工业和信息化厅副厅长胡学同也表示，江苏正通过园区示范方式推动平台资源和公共服务集聚。“一方面，园区吸引了网络供应商、平台供应商、安全服务商聚集，并为产业链上不同规模的企业提供便捷服务；另一方面，推动政策标准先行，从网络体系、平台体系建设，到安全体系、保障体系建设，都提出了自己的相关标准和要求，以此推动工业互联网生态的形成。”
