Chen Zhaoxiong: China's acceleration of 5G commercialization has a realistic foundation

　　陈肇雄强调，近年来，中国信息通信行业以创新发展为动力，坚持企业主体与政府引导、自主创新与开放合作相结合，加快推动5G研发和产业化。在各方共同努力下，中国5G发展取得明显成效，已经具备商用的现实基础。

　　在标准制定方面，中国企业全面参与5G国际标准制定，加强5G国际合作，与国际企业一起推动形成全球统一5G标准。中国提出的5G愿景、概念、需求等获得了国际标准化组织的高度认可，新型网络架构等多项关键技术被国际标准组织采纳。 

　　在研发试验方面，组织国内外企业构建了多厂家公共测试环境，分阶段有序推进相关测试工作。目前5G技术研发试验第三阶段已基本完成，华为、中兴、爱立信、大唐等企业在中频系统设备方面达到预商用水平，高通、海思等芯片企业有望在近期提供商用芯片产品。

　　陈肇雄强调，中国5G发展仍面临产业基础短板突出、融合应用程度不深、国际竞争日趋激烈等诸多挑战，需要产学研用各方协同努力、共同应对。
