在传统动能升级改造方面，产业链向下游延伸效果明显，一季度，钢铁行业中，钢材深加工行业增加值是冶炼行业的5.3倍；有色行业中，铝材深加工行业增加值是冶炼行业的1.1倍。传统产品高品质化特点鲜明，智能电视占彩色电视机产量比重达到83.3%，离子膜法烧碱占烧碱产量比重达到74.8%，子午线轮胎外胎占橡胶轮胎外胎产量比重达到82.4%。此外，传统行业绿色化步伐加快，在水的生产与供应业中，污水处理及其再生利用行业增加值增长13.3%；专用设备制造业中，环保邮政社会公共服务及其他专用设备制造业增加值增长17.5%；电气机械和器材制造业中，太阳能器具制造业增加值增长18.5%。

The scale of emerging products in consumer upgrading has increased. In the first quarter, the province's dairy production increased by 12.3%, nutritional and health food increased by 42.9%, and new energy vehicles increased by 1.6 times. The contribution rate of consumer goods manufacturing to industrial growth increased by 3.8 percentage points year-on-year. In addition, the addition of new enterprises demonstrates new vitality. There are 3804 industrial enterprises in the province that have grown from below scale to above scale, and the overall development trend is performing well. In the first quarter, the output value increased by 74.1% year-on-year, which was 64.6 percentage points higher than that of industries above designated size; The sales output value increased by 73.7%, which is 64.7 percentage points higher than that of industries above designated size, and is an important driving force for industrial growth in the province.
