　　2017年，工业技改投资增长14.1%，增速比上年提高6.0个百分点；占工业投资的比重为64.3%，比上年提高6.6个百分点。在高新技术产业、高耗能行业、装备制造业、产能过剩行业中，技改投资分别增长17.3%、17.2%、10.8%和7.8%，依次比上年提高14.9、3.6、7.1和10.7个百分点。

　　大项目带动力较强，新开工项目后劲足。2017年，计划总投资亿元以上施工项目完成投资增长19.1%，对全部投资增长的贡献率达到164.6%，拉动投资增长5.9个百分点。其中，亿元以上新开工项目超过6000个，增长26.0%，为投资增长储备力量。
