Five times! Five mentions of social organizations in the 19th National Congress report

 In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, social organizations were mentioned five times:

1.Article (3) of Part 6mentionedTo promote the extensive, multi-level, and institutionalized development of consultative democracy, we need to coordinate the promotion of political party consultation, people's congress consultation, government consultation, political consultative conference consultation, people's organization consultation, grassroots consultation, and social organization consultation.

2.Article 6 of Part 8mentionedStrengthen the construction of community governance system, promote the shift of social governance focus to the grassroots level, give full play to the role of social organizations, and achieve a positive interaction between government governance, social regulation, and resident autonomy.

3.Article (2) of Part 9mentionedBuild an environmental governance system led by the government, with enterprises as the main body, and with the participation of social organizations and the public. Actively participate in global environmental governance and implement emission reduction commitments.

4.第十三部分第（四）条mentioned：要以提升组织力为重点，突出政治功能，把企业、农村、机关、学校、科研院所、街道社区、社会组织等基层党组织建设成为宣传党的主张、贯彻党的决定、领导基层治理、团结动员群众、推动改革发展的坚强战斗堡垒。

5.第十三部分第（四）条mentioned：注重从产业工人、青年农民、高知识群体中和在非公有制经济组织、社会组织中发展党员。加强党内激励关怀帮扶。增强党员教育管理针对性和有效性，稳妥有序开展不合格党员组织处置工作。
