After the earthquake, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology acted quickly and immediately established video connections with the Sichuan Provincial Communication Management Bureau, various basic telecommunications enterprise groups, and Sichuan Provincial companies to organize the local communication industry to activate emergency plans and carry out emergency communication support work as soon as possible.9Early in the morning, Miao Wei, Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, came to the emergency communication command center of the ministry to dispatch and deploy emergency communication support work for Sichuan earthquake relief. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology immediately activated the industrial emergency plan, requiring local industrial authorities to understand the disaster relief needs and organize emergency support work for industrial products such as disaster relief equipment and materials.

②《移动互联网综合标准化体系建设指南》印发

　　工业和信息化部办公厅近日印发《移动互联网综合标准化体系建设指南》，提出将开展完善标准体系的顶层规划和设计、加快重点和基础公益类标准制定、大力推动相关标准的有效实施等三项重点工作，到2020年，初步建立起基础标准较为完善、主要产品和服务标准基本覆盖、安全标准有效保障、符合我国移动互联网产业发展需要的标准体系。形成标准技术水平持续提升、标准应用范围不断扩大、与国际先进标准水平保持同步发展的良好局面。

③《工业控制系统信息安全防护能力评估工作管理办法》印发

　　工业和信息化部近日印发《工业控制系统信息安全防护能力评估工作管理办法》，从评估管理组织、评估机构和人员要求、评估工具要求、评估工作程序、监督管理等方面，对工业企业开展的工控安全防护能力评估活动进行了规范。本办法将自2017year9moon1日起实施。

④粘胶纤维行业规范条件及公告管理暂行办法印发

　　为更好地促进粘胶纤维产业结构调整和转型升级，实现可持续健康，工业和信息化部近日公告《粘胶纤维行业规范条件（2017版）》和《粘胶纤维行业规范条件公告管理暂行办法》，两文件自2017year9moon1日起实施。
