Wang Xin said: To accelerate the transformation of old and new driving forces in the industrial sector, we must adhere to a problem oriented approach, fundamentally fill in the gaps, improve quality and efficiency, create new advantages for the development of traditional industries, and cultivate new driving forces for industrial development. The overall idea is to firmly grasp the goal positioning of "leading the way", take the promotion of supply side structural reform as the main line, focus on improving the quality and efficiency of industrial development, target the key areas and weak links of traditional industries, use the "eight promotions" to enhance the "eight new driving forces", accelerate the application of new technologies, promote new models, cultivate new formats, and derive new industries in traditional industries, and achieve industrial intelligence, intelligent industrialization, cross-border integration, and brand high-end.
One is to promote the intensification of industrial layout and enhance new driving forces for coordinated development with a new structure.
