Lin Wu pointed out that we must shape new advantages for high-quality development through landmark reforms and innovations, resolutely implement the various reform deployments of the Party Central Committee, solidly promote the 92 key reform tasks determined by the Provincial Party Committee for implementation this year, and ensure the completion of established goals within the year. In work, we should focus on the following 10 key reforms:

One is to deepen the transformation and reform of financing platforms and urban investment companies, divest government financing functions, promote market-oriented operations by classification, and deepen internal management reforms of enterprises. The second is to deepen the reform of local small and medium-sized financial institutions, adhere to the principles of marketization and rule of law, steadily promote mergers and acquisitions, and reduce and improve quality. The third is to deepen the reform of energy transformation, improve the new energy supply system, new energy consumption system, and the transition from dual control of energy consumption to dual control of carbon emissions, and accelerate the construction of energy green and low-carbon transformation demonstration zones.
